E-Commerce Terms and Conditions for Nymindegab Camping

Sales and Delivery Terms

Below, you’ll find useful information regarding the use of our online booking system. Here, you can read about how we handle your entered information, how you receive your receipt after making a purchase, and much more. When "NYMINDEGAB" is mentioned, it is used as a synonym for Nymindegab Camping.

Payment
All prices listed in NYMINDEGAB’s online booking system, as well as on the rest of the website, are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and all applicable fees, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Payment is made using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in the online booking system, such as Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners. No transaction fees are applied when making purchases via the online booking system.

Information About Online Transactions
You can safely make purchases online through our booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against unauthorized use of your credit card online, meaning you do not bear any liability in the event of misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and Delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, rental tent, tent pitch, or camping pitch, you will receive a contract from NYMINDEGAB detailing your purchase. The contract can be printed directly from the website after booking and will also be sent via email immediately after the purchase if a correct email address is provided.

Delivery of the booked service takes place upon your arrival at NYMINDEGAB on the specified arrival date (and ends upon your departure on the specified departure date). These dates are outlined in the aforementioned contract.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Please note that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to overnight stays or campsite rentals for specific dates, as these are time-specific services (cf. exceptions under the Danish Consumer Agreement Act). However, you can cancel your booking under the following terms:

• If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 500 DKK.
• If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, cancellation is not possible, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Please note that seasonal pitches, such as spring, autumn, and winter pitches, are non-refundable.

Registration of Information
NYMINDEGAB registers your name, address, email, and other details provided during your purchase in its customer database. This information is not shared with third parties, and NYMINDEGAB retains the registration for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

NYMINDEGAB uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to safeguard the information you provide on the website. When paying by credit card, the registration is carried out via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet.

Complaints and Claims Handling
If, for any reason, you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can contact us at the address or phone number provided below.

Complaints regarding the booking process, the booking itself, or the purchased service (your stay) must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the issue or after you should have discovered the issue upon reviewing your contract.

Please note that the standard 2-year right to make claims (cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act) applies but only in relation to any deficiencies at the start of your stay. Complaints must be submitted before the end of your stay.

When NYMINDEGAB receives your complaint, it will be processed as quickly as possible. NYMINDEGAB will assess whether the purchased service should be refunded, replaced, or subject to a price reduction.
